A price aggregator, not a store
NileShopper is a price comparison and aggregation service. We do not manufacture, own, stock, sell, or ship any of the products shown on this site. Every listing you see is scraped or pulled from a third-party store's own public catalog, and every purchase you make is a transaction directly between you and that store - not with NileShopper.
Accuracy of listings
We refresh prices, stock status and product details on a regular schedule, but there will always be a gap between when a store changes something and when we notice. Prices, availability, specifications, images and shipping terms can be wrong, outdated, or mismatched to the actual product by the time you view them. Always confirm the final price, stock status and specification on the store's own website before completing a purchase.
No liability for third-party stores
Because we do not process orders, handle payments, or control these stores' inventory or fulfilment, NileShopper is not responsible for, and accepts no liability for: incorrect pricing or stock information; delayed, damaged, missing, or undelivered orders; the quality, authenticity, or condition of products sold by any listed store; a store's customer service, returns, refunds, or warranty handling; or any financial loss, damage, or dispute arising from a purchase made on a third-party store's website. Any such issue should be raised directly with the store you purchased from, under that store's own terms and policies.
Use of the site
You are welcome to use NileShopper to search and compare prices for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to scrape, resell, or systematically extract our aggregated data for a competing service, and not to attempt to disrupt or abuse the site or the stores it links to.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use of NileShopper after a change means you accept the updated terms.
